I provide individual, couples and family therapy services. I work in response to a number of concerns including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, life transitions, addictive or risk taking behaviors and overall health and wellness.

Sometimes referred to as counseling or psychotherapy. This is the ideal choice if you are seeking one on one work for yourself or your child with a trained therapist. I collaborate and connect with tweens, teens and adults in an effort to help them separate from the problems that are standing as barriers to the life they want to live. Individual therapy can be helpful to a variety of concerns like anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use, addictive behaviors or just generally feeling stuck.

couples & families

Life circumstances can cause disruptions in our connections with those we love and care about most. I find great value in working with couples and families where problems are limiting your ability to have the connection you desire.   I provide space and unconditional positive regard to each individual when we gather together and assist you in coming together to conquer the problem as you see it. 

Consultation & coaching

Different from individualized therapy, consultation and coaching may be right for you if you have a specific situation or goal that could be supported with brief, goal oriented, solution-focused guidance. I have provided these short-term supports to individuals and families with various needs, to include but not limited to; personal wellness goals, professional goals, sports performance, navigating special education systems, responsive parenting, and licensure supervision for practicing clinicians .


I’ve come to this work because I am passionate about helping people become more connected and fulfilled in their lives. At our core, we are wired for connection, however we experience things in our lives that cause us to lose connection to ourselves or those we love. This disruption to our sense of self and belonging can be the result of any number of life stressors and can cause feelings of anxiety, depression or hopelessness. 

My focus is to help you call upon your own strengths to separate from the disruptions that may be standing in the way of the life you want to live.  I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space that allows you to experience your emotions in a way that is not distressing.  I believe the most important aspect of therapy is developing a good and strong client-therapist relationship where you can express yourself freely. Collaborative therapy sessions will provide you the opportunity to better understand the issues that are causing difficulty in your life and encourage motivation for desired changes.

My counseling work is a collection of practices that prioritizes respect, collaboration and a non-pathologizing way to work with individuals, couples and families.  This way of working is strength-based and can respond to a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and overall mental wellness.
